Welcome to Way2Goa! We’re thrilled you’re considering us for your Goa adventure or worldwide travel experience. These Terms & Conditions outline the policies governing our services.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be made online, via phone, or at our Goa office.
  • A deposit (specified at time of booking) is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Full payment is due Pay 7 days before departure. We accept Debit Card, Bank Transfer, UPI etc. payment method.

2. Cancellations & Amendments

  • We understand plans change. Cancellation charges apply based on notification timeframe:
  • 30 days Before Free Cancellation Only Our Transaction Fees Charges.
    • 7 days or more before departure: [Cancellation fee percentage 20% of tour cost.
    • Less than 1 days before departure: [Cancellation fee percentage 50% or 100% (whichever is greater).
  • Amendments may incur fees depending on the change and service provider policies.

3. Itinerary Changes

  • We strive to deliver the itinerary as planned. However, unforeseen circumstances (weather, political unrest, etc.) may necessitate adjustments.
  • We’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and offer alternative arrangements of equal or higher value.

4. Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • Way2Goa act as facilitators, meticulously curating travel experiences.
  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or additional expenses incurred during your trip due to factors beyond our control.
  • We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances.

5. Travel Documents

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you possess all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, permits) for your chosen destination.
  • We are not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

6. Code of Conduct

  • We promote responsible tourism. Clients are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that respects local customs, traditions, and laws throughout their travels.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or our services shall be governed by the laws of India and settled amicably through consultation.

8. Additional Information

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • For detailed information on specific tours or services, please refer to the relevant booking information.

Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made 4 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
  • If cancellation is made between 3 days to 7 days before the date of travel, 40.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation is made within 1 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
